These terms apply to all services and bookings made through Desire Escorts.
1.General provisions and definitions
The agreement is formed once the booking request has been confirmed in writing and the required deposit has been received.
1.1Age limit and verification
Services are provided only to persons aged 18 or over. ID verification is required for the first booking.
1.2Service (outcall only)
We offer outcall services only. The escort retains the right to refuse an unsafe or unsuitable location.
2.Rates, payments and cancellations
2.1Rates and payments
Rates are clearly communicated on profile pages and/or during booking confirmation.
- A deposit is required to secure the booking.
- The remaining amount is paid at the start of the appointment.
- For online payments a surcharge of 10% may apply.
2.2Cancellations
If the client cancels, the deposit may be retained as compensation for reserved time.
If the escort or agency cancels (e.g. force majeure, illness or safety), the deposit will be fully refunded.
3.Conduct and safety (zero tolerance)
Respect, clear boundaries and mutual consent are always required.
- Refusing condom use.
- Aggression, coercion, intimidating or discriminatory behaviour.
- Appearing under the influence of drugs or extreme intoxication.
- Photo, video or audio recording without explicit consent.
4.Complaints and liability
4.1Complaints procedure
Complaints about the service must be reported within 24 hours of the appointment via live chat or email so we can assess them in confidence.
4.2Liability
Desire Escorts acts as an intermediary and is not liable for direct or indirect damage arising from meetings between client and escort.
5.Final provisions
Dutch law applies to these terms and agreements. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
