Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) apply to all services and bookings offered and delivered through Desire Escorts (hereinafter “the Agency”) by independent escorts (hereinafter “the Escort”). By placing a booking, you agree to these GTC.
1. General Provisions and Definitions.
1.1 The Agreement
The agreement comes into effect once the Agency has confirmed the client’s (hereinafter “you”) reservation request in writing (via email or live chat) and the mandatory deposit has been received.
1.2 Age Limit and Verification
Services are provided only to persons 18 years of age or older. The Agency is required to provide ID verification upon initial booking. Without successful verification, the booking will not become final. Upon determination of minority, the service will be cancelled immediately and without refund.
1.3 Services (Outcall Only)
The Agency offers Outcall services exclusively. This means that the Escort visits the client at a secure location (such as home or hotel) arranged by the client. The Bureau does not offer Incall services. The Escort always retains the right to refuse the location if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
2. Rates, Payments and Cancellations.
2.1 Rates and Included Services.
The applicable rates are clearly communicated on the Escorts’ profile pages. The rate includes the Escort’s time for the reserved duration and, within the standard working region, travel expenses. Tips (tipping) are optional and are not expected.
2.2 Down Payment and Residual Payment
- A mandatory deposit is required to guarantee the booking. Without a deposit, the booking is not final.
- The remaining payment must be paid cash and appropriately to the Escort at the start of the appointment.
- All online payments (deposit or residual payment via credit card, etc.) are subject to an additional 10% surcharge.
2.3 Cancellation by the Client.
In case of cancellation by the client, the Agency is entitled to keep the deposit to compensate for the reserved time. Cancellations should be communicated as soon as possible via live chat.
2.4 Cancellation by the Escort or Agency
If the appointment is cancelled by the Escort or the Bureau (due to force majeure, illness or security reasons), the client is entitled to a full refund of the deposit already paid. The Bureau will offer a suitable alternative or the refund in consultation with the client.
3. Behavior and Safety (Zero Tolerance Policy).
3.1 Respect and Etiquette
The client is obliged to treat the Escort with mutual respect and professionalism. Inappropriate, aggressive, degrading or discriminatory behavior will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
3.2 Boundaries and Consent
All actions during the encounter require mutual and enthusiastic consent. The Escort retains the right at all times to set limits and refuse service (in part). The Agency stands behind any decision made by the Escort to ensure safety.
3.3 Absolute No-Go’s
The following conduct will result in immediate termination of service without refund and permanent exclusion from future bookings:
- Refusal to use condoms.
- Trying to exceed the explicitly communicated limits of the Escort.
- Appear under the influence of drugs or in a state of extreme intoxication.
- Any form of physical or verbal coercion or aggression.
- Taking photos, videos or recordings of the Escort without her express, written permission.
4. Complaints and Liability.
4.1 Complaint procedure
Complaints about service should be discreetly reported to the Bureau via live chat or e-mail within 24 hours of the appointment. The Bureau will investigate the complaint confidentially and impartially.
4.2 Liability
The Escort works as an independent professional. The Agency acts solely as a mediator and is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries or consequences resulting from the encounter between the client and the Escort.
5. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions and all agreements between the Agency and the client are governed exclusively by Dutch law. All disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
